As the truck manufacturer our Engineers are fully conversant with the truck build / design thus enabling them to quickly identify components required to complete the repair in a cost effective manner.
As part of the Valmar Standard Service Package we carry out a 95 point service inspection and provide a report detailing any defects / safety notices informing the customer of any repairs required after the service visit. The service office provides a quotation for any repair work as per the customers request and arranges any follow up work accordingly.
In the event of a safety defect being discovered the engineer will provide the client with a safety defect notice thus allowing the customer to ensure that their equipment meets with Health and Safety legislation.
If properly maintained / operated Sideloaders can give many years of service.
